From the first visit to make the arrangements Adam treated us like family. On the day our dad passed, Vincent was genuinely caring with my family. I have no other word but AMAZING for how Miguel and Vincent took care of him. I was pleasantly surprised to see my Dad so naturally peaceful. The ambiance was filled with loving memories of our dad MANUEL D. HERNANDEZ Five stars are not enough to rate them. We are forever grateful for the care and sympathy shown to our family.

I cannot say enough about how pleased my family was with the professional and top notch services for our beloved mother, Marie on Oct. 29/30th. The atmosphere was lovely for a celebration of life, was very updated with beautiful decor. The staff was so wonderful to work with, kind, empathetic and attentive. My mom looked beautiful as ever and that meant the world to us all, how much time and attention to detail was shown. I highly recommend Riotto for the best experience you can have, under the otherwise sad circumstances. many Thanks to the Riotto Family for making my family feeling so comforted.

Thank you very much for the exceptional job you all did with our father's arrangements. The ceremony truly captured the essence of our father, Manuel D. Hernandez and was a touching tribute to a remarkable life. The atmosphere was filled with love and memories… Adam for meeting with us to plan such a lovely tribute ... Vincent for taking such care when picking our father up to prepare him for the service…Miguel & Vincent for being at the memorial service and making sure everything ran smoothly; your patience and attention to detail were remarkable. I can't express with words how grateful I am with the service provided at Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, especially at these difficult times that my family and myself are going through with the loss of our beloved Wayne Conahan. Miguel Rivera was very empathetic and caring, he took care of us from the beginning to the end. The place is beautiful and elegant. I definitely recommend riotto Funeral Home, you will be treated with professionalism and empathy.

As soon as you walk into the Riotto funeral home, it has this majestic appearance and reverent atmosphere. The charming staff projects this compassion and respect that is very comforting. Sadly we dealt with our mother's passing and Esteban took us step by step to ease our sadness and ensured our mother was being honored in every requested wish we expressed. Esteban was truly a blessing to our family. Richard, Esteban, Miguel, Nicole and the rest of the staff, gave us assurance and support during the ceremonies. After the experience, part of me felt like I had obtained new family members. Highly recommend this beautiful establishment.

I cannot say enough wonderful about Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company. From the initial phone call with Richard, to the consultation with Miguel, to the phone call when our loved one passed with Nicole, to the two gentlemen that picked him up letting us know that "they would take good care of him" could not have been handled any more eloquently and professional. In one of the most hardest time in my family's life, we felt at ease knowing that our loved one was going to be taken care of. Miguel's consultation was amazing. Not only was he compassionate, he answered all of my questions and concerns. Every attention to detail was met and greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable group of people with the outmost professionalism you need to contact this organization in your time of need.
